He can play anywhere he wants, if he agrees to a trade. NTC doesn’t mean “only place he can play is New Orleans”; It means the player controls where he goes. That being said, I just don’t see DB#9 agreeing to go anywhere else, but stranger things have happened. It’s entirely possible he wants to play, it’s entirely possible Saints leadership, including coaching, has already move on from him.
