Re: Brees coming back?
I've recently injured my arm and rotator cuff. Trust me, I can't lift anything or do much with my right arm without pain. It messes up other muscles that try to compensate and your posture. So if he comes back, he has to get the injuries put away. Like we need to know whether he's hiding an extra leg or requires a heart transplant before the season instead of hearing about it from his wife in an Instagram post after we lose in the playoffs!

Re: Brees coming back?
Regarding Brees' shoulder, wear and tear, et cetera...
Don't be like most folks with short-term memory; remember, Brees came to us with a reconstructed shoulder via James Andrews MD... The trama to the ligaments and tendons in the shoulder cuff required a radical revision of his shoulder retasking tendons and muscles... THEN, Drew went through a Herculean Rehab Effort so that he could not only throw a ball, but at an NFL level... For those of you who've not seen enough moons yet, when you get to your 40s and 50s, muscular stamina and recovery is an issue... Whatever happens with Brees, we can not only appreciate his Career Passing Leader effort he gave us, but the strong leader he was for the team and has been in the community... But you must keep his health and history and hours on the vintage quarterback... |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...
