I've got Canadian bacon, poblano peppers, artichoke hearts, and brown mushrooms (and hamburger) ... to this point to add to which ever. I could add something else to mine. I'm using fresh mozzarella and provolone. Mine will be more loaded than hers.

Edit: Fennel! A must addition to an Italian sausage. I always add it to my lasagna however I do the meat base.

I’m doing like a Chopped dish attempt. Picked some chives from garden. Rolled some instant biscuits up with the chives and seasoning. Put that in a tortilla press and in a skillet like it’s a pancake. Weigh it down with a small cast iron skillet. Red neck scallion pancake.

Happy Father’s day Weekend Friday Who Dats! May everyone have a happy and safe weekend. We wouldn’t be here without or Moms, but we wouldn’t with our Dads either! The best to all families out there.

That being said I’m grilling Portabello mushrooms, Zuchini, yellow squash, and teriyaki salmon for tonight!

Re: What’s on the menu!

I recently prepared some Ratatouille with baked salmon. My French style Ratatouille, I must admit, is legit.

I used a brine infused with a lot of citrus for this but it isn't overwhelmingly citrus. I'm about to share this with coworkers and brought cream cheese and pepper crackers

After work I'll smoke this and make salmon jerky. It used to be called Squaw Candy but that reference will be swept under the rug.

Re: What’s on the menu!

Doing my chicken farfalle pasta tonight with sundried tomatoes, broccoli, garlic, chardonnay, crushed red pepper, and chicken broth. Butter is, of course involved. And parmesan, d'uh!

I found beautiful rainbow trout filets at the counter today so tomorrow is Trout Almondine and fixings.
