What do you coat the zucchini with? I’ve not had luck air frying it.

I cut it in strips depending upon the size. Then halved. Perhaps eight to 12 pieces per zucchini. I coat first with seasoned flour. Dip in a wash of milk or buttermilk and egg. Then coat with panko. I use Italian seasoned. Spray basket with oil, and then the breaded zucchini. I use a heated fryer at 390 for 10 minutes and turn spray more if needed and go until it's well browned.

Cool. i’ve tried a similar recipe, but it hasn’t worked well in the air fryer.

When we went to Greece for my wife's 50th my wish list was lamb street gyros, a lambskin leather jacket, and an authentic Greek fisherman's cap. Got them all and twice on the Gyros.
