Sure, the difference between 32 and 33 may not be a lot, but 28 and 33 is. I can’t imagine the Saints would have drafted Taylor if say, Newsome hadn’t been chosen 2 picks earlier. Same way with how the chiefs swept in and drafted Mahomes right before the Saints. Those few spots can make a difference.
