Park on higher ground dividing roads to avoid flooding; insurance there actually ask if you attempted this to avoid damage...

But that's not the whole game - you have to be off the neutral ground by the next morning, have it parked again in spot, if you can get one back, before you're fined, towed...

WTF kinda revenue scheme is that?!?

So Orleans takes all the federals dollars and B*tchy Mitch and Latoya the Destroya can tape dance and evade a same-party press who gives them a pass?!?

Appoint cronies from the same pool of scumbags and the clock resets again for another 24 mos.!
