Sean obviously doesn’t trust Winston. Completely different offense than we have seen all year once Trevor came in. I feel for Winston. He’s worked so hard to get to where he is and to have this happen against his old team is terrible. I hope it’s not as bad as it looks and he gets back soon. Hopefully Payton will let him off the chain. Until then Trevor it is.

We were seeing signs of the trust progressing with the dink and dunk stuff. Trevor showed us our WRs corps is good enough to win games. Jameis' runs opened things up a bit too.

I disagree with that. The game plan dictates the run vs pass ratio. Payton said himself that the game plan today was to be aggressive which you could see based on the number of pass plays called before Winston got hurt. Payton knew they had to score points.![]()
If Payton really didn’t trust Jameis over Trevor then Trevor would be the starter. The game plan was the same before and after Winston got hurt. Be aggressive and test the TB DBs. |
