According to Mike Garafolo and Fullacrap it looks like the Bears may be off Ireland at GM.

It was pretty much assumed that Jameis would be back on another one-year deal, but I imagine that isn’t so likely now. We’ll probably have a new offensive scheme so the fact that he knew the playbook doesn’t matter now.

A new coach will want his own QB.
