Tough call. Based on the team's reaction and performance in a limited capacity I'd guess today it would be Winston.
I've heard the experts say QB has to be the next big decision but I'd argue the next coaching hires could be more critical to our future than Winston so I'd guess the entire staff to be in place before we learn who the next QB is. |

We really can't do anything with any outside free agents before that March 14th date, either. However, we can talk trade with teams of contracted players (Wilson, Garoppolo, etc.). All of those decisions should include an OC and others not yet in place.

I watched him grow in the last two years before the injury derailed his career. I'm all for letting him have the job while the new coaches find their heir apparent. Who knows? It could be Winston if he can beat the competition. |

I'd rather start preparing for next year to get QB in the draft by accumulating picks that we can convert into bigger picks.
