Sure, but my point was more about attracting the most sought after candidate when positions are open on multiple teams.

Yeah, I get you. Some people see the Saints as unattractive, however, because of whatever hurdles they have faced recently. But as you pointed out, the structure of the Saints ownership and front office are seen by others as very attractive and rightly so.

It only took Payton three years to win a Lombardi. A good coach and FO(?) can get us out of this mess fairly quickly. One thing about Payton, if there is a player he covets he will move heaven and earth to make them a Saint. I hope we bring in strong leadership to continue our winning ways that Payton developed.

We definitely need a stronger GM with veto power over the HC on personnel decisions...
