Dude didn't die from injuries related to multiple assailants repeatedly punching and kicking him even after he fell to the ground.

Facts, or drama?

Don't know what the facts are. I know what has been claimed. Like the criminal lawyer in the interview said, if he had a dollar for every description of what was supposedly on a video and was wrong he could retire. At this point everything is hearsay. They were arrested on suspicion of assault and/or severe bodily harm. They haven't even been formally charged as of yet.

I'm not saying they are innocent, but there is such a thing as due process.

My point was the victim wasn't just "beat up"...

I'm not judging the case Guido nor am I a lawyer. And because you aren't either, you can reserve excuses. As well as condescending biblical verses.

Not condescending. Very appropriate.

Injuries tend to happen when you get beat up. So yeah, I’d say drama. Dude picked a fight with a group of grown men (professional athletes at that) and lost. **** happens. It ain’t like they shot him in his back while he was running away or something. He lived to tell his story and make some money off of it. Suspend Kamara for 2 to 4 games and let’s move on. He didn’t lose any respect on my end. Let’s play football.

Re: Alvin Kamara Arrested

I'm wondering if this might be pertinent to the current discussion.

But we've seen people die in similar instances. One punch is all it takes man. I'm sure you've seen or at least heard of it in your line of work. Just one of these hits or kicks lands the right way and we're having a completely different conversation.

It could have happened but it didn’t. I can’t judge everything through the lens of what could have happened. If dude would have died I’m perfectly fine having a different conversation, but I still wouldn’t lose any respect for Kamara. That would have been an unintended consequence of their actions. We all know they weren’t hitting the man with intent to kill.

Re: Alvin Kamara Arrested

I couldn't help but notice that someone is making excuses for idiotic behavior (not surprising). Turning the cheek or making excuses for that type of behavior by anyone is what is wrong with this country. People need to be held accountable. AK is a grown man, not a "kid." I'm sure he and all his friends felt empowered and badass while they kicked and stomped a guy that was on the ground defenseless. Way to represent.

The guy was obviously a POS anyway. But AK should be better than that.
