It looks like we'll be able to re-sign all of our free agents, sign a dozen more outside free agent, trade for three or four starters, bring in an elite QB, and draft seven starters this year. What is this salary cap you speak of? Loomis obviously doesn't believe in it either.

With the staffing now looking to be mostly in place maybe we can finally get started working on that cap deficit. I believe the first restructure last year occurred on February 13th, so we have a lot of catching up to do before the end of the league year on March 16th. That's when the teams are supposed to be cap compliant.
