Re: Why Jameis Winston is STILL Saints best QB option
And knowing the playbook is only part of it. With Carmichael still in place as the OC the actual terminology should be the same. I have heard many a QB say that the most difficult part of transitioning to another system, whether with another team or with the change of systems with the same team, is mastering the new terminology. And this is coming from very intelligent individuals.

Guess we'll see.
Scratch off Desean W, ARod, Jimmy G & Russ. Not realistic options. Just to give you an idea of QBs that will hit the market in Free Agency: Andy Dalton, Tyrod Taylor, Geno Smith, Old man Joe Flacco, Fig Newton, 2Glove Teddy, Mariota, Trubisquit, & the Harvard Guy (Fitz). PLAN B could get mediocre to ugly if JW signs elsewhere. |

I just wonder if they're as high on him as a possible QB as Payton was. If not, can they use him like Payton did in that joker role? The guy is an athlete. idk. Make him a TE or a RB or something if he's not gonna be a QB. Lol. I'm sure he'll see the field one way or another. No way they're gonna pay him that coin to sit the bench and be a #2 QB. |
