General question : Is there a cost to opening new threads?

You're more than welcome to start new threads. This is one of the reasons we have this medium. If it happens to duplicate something already started, you may notice it hopefully before you post it. If not, no worries, well handle it accordingly. We understand it's tougher to follow during FA periods and what not.
