Dennis Allen isn’t playing favorites with his roster. It’s pretty obvious he’s after contributors & dawgs (Maye, Mathieu, Landry & 2022 draft class).

Agree AG, but current sample size says that more than likely not going to happen. 3years w/ most accurate QB in NFL

Hopefully not drawing the #1 or #2 CB every game might help. Having a new WR coach in Kodi Burns might help. New season, clean slate. With Thomas, Landry, Olave, and Callaway in place expectations need not be as high.

I'm surprised, he turned down a 1 year deal with the Browns. I really thought he was looking for at least a 3 year deal. Only 6 million? Wow, we REALLY got the home town discount.

Michael Thomas still isn’t fully recovered from the ankle injury. He may never be. There’s still a role for Tre’Quan.

I hope it is really a 1 year deal and we didnt and dont add voidable years to save $1 million of the $3 million in this years cap. That way if Landry bounces back and we cant afford him in 2023 we will get a comp pick. Signing cheap vets and sometimes parlaying into trade value or comp picks if you cant keep them is a good strategy.
