Re: Observations from the Saints Loss at Panthers
Winston's a great media talker and makes you want to root for him but he's just not that guy.
Arm talent can't hide a lack of awareness or football smarts, he stares down receivers and then delivers inaccurate passes. I genuinely think the only reason he's still in the league is because of his draft spot. If a 6th round pick was doing this, they'd be gone |

Call me what you want..
I chose to have some hope after last year looking like he was on the right track. Of course some choose to go off of what was shown and have a little faith man. I also believed there was a Santa Claus early on like quite a few others also. No problem being wrong if that's the case. |

But he’s certainly not the reason we lost those two games, and the problems on the team go deeper than Winston IMO. Our kicker makes a few kicks, our RBs hold onto the ball, Our guys don’t commit stupid penalties and the refs don’t screw us and the team is 3-0 with a QB playing with broken bones in his back. He’s being made a bit of a scapegoat I think. |

I've never been on Winston's wagon, but I was and still am willing to root for him if he is on the field wearing the black and gold.
His decision-making is terrible, and that's not ever going to change. I've never been a fan of Dalton either, but I wouldn't be againts seeing what he can do with the offense. Maybe Carmichael would call a better game with him under center... who knows. |

Re: Observations from the Saints Loss at Panthers
This is 110% on Mickey Loomis. No QB can win with our lousy oline. We traded nexts years pick to stack our offense and this is our offense. Dalton who couldnt start on the Bears and lost when he filled it wont make it better. To win we need money and picks to rebuild the oline but Loomis wont keep picks and wont clean up the cap, he will just sign Peat and Ruiz to extensions that pass the buck down the road, make them Saints for life. Forget Winston. Forget Allen. Cleanup needs to start on the top.

Sorry fam but Jameis Winston ain’t that dude.
We don’t have that type of Oline to give him 5 seconds to survey the field. Atlanta, Tampa and Carolina ALL BLITZED simply because he does not diagnose what a “hot read” is. His decisions have been poor & it’s not changing. Brees truly spoiled us. |
