Peyton acts like he's showing his hand but he's keeping his cards close to his chest.

Sean now out there telling Cowherd that compensation will be mid/late 1st rounder.

Put there interfering with the process, lowering thr price they can ask for. Willing to talk to Carolina. And people want him back.

The price was a mid to low 1st all along, lee. That's no news to anyone. That's what Loomis has been telling everyone that has inquired before they can even speak with Payton. All Payton is doing is repeating what was already a given to Cowherd.

Payton obviously doesn't want to lose too much draft capital for the team that will hire him.

Shut up, Sean.:biggun:

Sean is just saying exactly what Loomis has already told each of the teams that have permission to speak with Payton. He's not sharing anything that isn't already out there to those who matter. :D
