The price was a mid to low 1st all along, lee. That's no news to anyone. That's what Loomis has been telling everyone that has inquired before they can even speak with Payton. All Payton is doing is repeating what was already a given to Cowherd.

Sean is just saying exactly what Loomis has already told each of the teams that have permission to speak with Payton. He's not sharing anything that isn't already out there to those who matter. :D

They won't get any more next year. As I have said before, getting something is better than ending up getting nothing. Teams may not even be willing to do a 1st next year.
