Re: Why doesn’t Payton want to come back to the Saints?
I feel like we were blessed to have Sean Payton come in and take us to the heights where we enjoyed continued success. We did have some down years due to Sean Payton's loyalty with his old coaches. However, he fixed that and brought us back to the playoffs on a perennial basis. His last year coaching had to be pure hell and I don't blame him for retiring.
I'm very glad that he has done well in broadcasting. It was time for a fresh start elsewhere when he went into broadcasting, and now it's time for that fresh start again with a new franchise back in coaching. |
