What should the Saints’ plan be to upgrade at QB?

My thing from listening at Loomis is his talking of "long-term solution" @ QB with DCarr (assuming he signs in NOLA) . If they truly feel like he's their answer, I don't see the Saints taking a QB next month.

I want the Saints to draft a QB though regardless of what happens with Carr.

I'm just not feeling that 35-40M for a Free agent. Apparently, that's the market price though.
