Signs point to mailing it in when he made himself unavailable to the organization of which he is employed but again, no one but Thomas knows where his heart is.

Re: Can't Guard Mike

Players want more guaranteed money in their contracts.

I wonder if enough stats exist to present an argument that players are held out more often today due to load management, etc.

Can't have it both ways.

MT was my favorite WR in the league. 2nd favorite all time only second to Colston. I would love for him to stay its just hard to tell if he really wants to be in NO.

The way some of the cruel fanbase has treated him I can see why he may not want to stay.

I’m convinced that most of the (_________fill in the blank)comes from Mike’s contact.
He earned that contract and got hurt. I’ve NEVER seen him give nothing but 100% on the field. It has to be the money. Nothing else makes sense.
Missing all but what 3 games this season and he still was our 3rd most productive WR ( sorry Landry).

Mahomes plays QB. Totally different skill set than WR. Pat said it himself, his long run in the SB would have never been possible if he had to make cuts.
Not sure how productive MT would have been running go routes all season.
On a surgically repaired foot. He's dealing with an injury that has ended the careers of some great players.

I’m just not sure how much longer we wait, to get what we’ve paid for.

Thought D'Jean Dixon was the second coming of Colston ... Will the new coaches play him more?

Perhaps the coaches actually see him practice every day and have gained a slightly less lofty impression of his abilities. It wouldn't be the first time a preseason wonderkid couldn't make the real cut.

Re: Can't Guard Mike

Just did some quick research.

Dai’Jean Dixon

He's on our books as $3,334 of dead cap. About the value of a 2008 Chevy Impala.

Sorry. Maybe the XFL will look at him.

Colston was a rare breed. Remember, right out of rookie training camp he made an immediate impact at the position.

Dai'Jean needs a lot of work.
