The only way Thomas gives us a better weapon is if he steals a scalpel from the surgeon on his next season ending injury.

I don't think we have anything that should create an expectation of Carr improving. Similar weapons or worse. Similar coaching or worse. The only thing we have better is our defense but its aging.
