Of course this depends on the availability of other candidates and assuming we move on from DA, but I think we get younger.

Ejiro Evero. Worried about a post Dennis Allen defense? This guy will take us to new heights.

Ben Johnson. What he's done in Detroit is amazing. He could resurrect Carr the same way he did Goff.

Press Taylor. The true mastermind in Jacksonville.
