What is hidden in plain sight doesn’t require secrets, just a manipulation of procedures, and following of orders, executed at the professional level. Money makes that happen.

Nobody needs to keep a secret if its biased not rigged. Its like the kid whose dad donated a bunch of money to the school getting their papers graded easier than the poor kid with a history of being suspended.
