My whole problem with conspiracies is that it requires more than 2 people to pull one off. Also, in the end, someone gets pissed off and TELLS!

I know that in some games, there's definitely someone with their thumb on the scale. But I truly believe that these refs have ZERO balls when it comes to making these calls in a big game, because they don't want to get labeled as inserting themselves into the game (too much). The converse is the ref playing the 'see no evil' or even worse, the 'no blood, no foul' game. Catch 22.
