Probably not, given your accuracy, or total lack thereof, on this issue to the present. The only reason any medical issues can be shared during the season are CBA requirements through negotiated agreements waiving HIPAA guidelines.![]()
The Saints hid nothing that any other team did not share about their players. The Saints did exactly what was required according to NFL CBA guidelines. Nothing more and nothing less. Take your goofy assed conspiracy theories back to your IHateLoomis.com website and share them with your extensive following. ![]() |

The law doesn't require teams to be silent on players injury outlook in the offseason, and the problem wasn't that the Saints were silent, its that they actively told lies to cover up the truth.

The Saints hid nothing from the public that they were obliged to share. They did verify info once Carr went public himself. Besides, the injury that contributed to Carr's decision to retire, according to Carr himself, was not discovered until after he began training for the new season. It was not known until he began throwing well after the end of last season. But don't let accuracy stand in the way of your hatred of the Saints front office. ![]() |

Maybe it was the Saints.

HIPAA applies to healthcare providers (one thing you got right) AND health insurance concerns which includes self-insured health plans. While the team itself isn't subject to HPAA fines, any entity within the team umbrella (like a self-insured plan) that handles said PHI would be subject to those rules and those possible fines.
