This would only confirm my suspicion that this guy is another Aaron Brooks with a weaker arm & better scrambling ability. I bet all those Vince Lover's who hopped on the band wagon after the Rose Bowl are dumbfounded.

6 on the Wonderlic, 840 on the SAT... face it, this guy is just dumb. I've had enough of the dumb athletic QBs on my team.

It really makes you wonder about the entire educational system today. I took that test and maxed it and didn't even go to college. How in the hell did Young make it through several years of college or even high school for that matter?
This is common place in today's society. You see it in movies all the time, where the entire football team is as dumb as a bunch of rocks in a bag and it's dead on. I will give you the fact that some are very intelligent, but on average not many. These guys are passed from year to year because of their talent and definitely not brains. They make the schools money and believe me the prof's know that **** and have probably been told to pass them. So with that being said you can't really trust the passing scores any athlete receives, now can you. In today's society we are all so worried about saying anything that may not be politically correct. I say the hell with that. It's time we all got tired of the bull**** we are being feed and stand up and be counted once again. Just one man's opinion. |
Golf and sex are about the only things you can enjoy without being good at them.

Now I'm still about $40,000 in debt from student loans, and the job market sure isn't what it used to be for a computer science degree, although it's picking up right now. These athletes play a game that I love to watch, but do they deserve a free pass to a college degree? They should be held to the same academic standards as everyone else. If they can't pass the classes, they should go play in the CFL until they are eligible for the draft. |
