While he is better than anything we have healthy(sorry I like MM more than Hall) it is a high price to pay for a player for only one year and you really think he is going to become a good character guy after having not been one for so long? Give up a second round pick for a guy we may have only one year?

1st of all....DeAngelo Hall IS a top 5 CB in the league.....period. Can you name 5 better? HELL NO!!!! Nobody can and still maintain their integrity. Would I give up the #10 overall pick for him? Sure....but Atlanta would have to give up something too....maybe we give our 1st & 3rd for D. Hall & their 3rd. Anyway....yes, the guy talks smack. What star NFL player doesn't? I never said I liked him as a person. He does, however, back it up on the field every Sunday. He doesn't take plays off & he blankets BIG receivers like Terrell Owens, etc... even with his "shortness"....notice the sarcasm. Say what you will, but I think he's a better CB than Asante Samuel for the simple fact that Samuel had a better supporting crew & played zone. Hall makes Pro Bowls by playing man to man for a sub-par Falcons defense. Read between the lines man.
