I agree with you for the most part but in Carney's defense it wasn't him that missed the kick against the Bears, it was Cundiff but he was in there because Carney didn't have the leg strength to try it so I guess it is indirectly Carney's miss.

cutting carney could've gave us more options at LB, DT, S, and OL
it is worthless for him to be on this team right now......we kept him for his accuracy but now he isnt even accurate......every time he even kicks an extra point it makes me nervous and thats not even mentioning the field goals that he has missed this season hartley has never missed a field goal for us and there is no reason to expect him to |

Yep time to say bye bye to carney and give the kid a shot...he showed me more kicking last year than carney has this year and keep in mind hartley hasnt' missed a regular season FG so I think what he done last year at least earns him a chance
