My soul may be tortured for the rest of my life by this team but atleast I've came to terms with it and will not have my fanhood questioned. Suck it up, it's football
I'm sick of this abusive relationship and this black cloud hanging over my head for four months every single year.

You can only take so much. How's that saying? "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".

I've just done the same thing over and over again for too long and I'm near the breaking point. My dad gave up on them years ago. He was a lot smarter than I ever gave him credit for.

Like I said, I'll stick it out the rest of the season, but I just am ready to be done with all of this. Win a Super Bowl, or end another season in misery. Either way, I'll be glad it's finally over.

"Never give up, never surrender."

Ok, so maybe that wasn't as motivational as it was supposed to be.

Re: Anybody else about ready to pack it in?

No way I'm giving up on the Saints. That's not an issue.

But it's frustrating to lose a very winnable game due to a lack of effort and execution. Now granted, I've never played a down of football, but I saw inconsistent effort and a lack of hustle on every position, except for perhaps QB and RB. If something was not broken in the Saints locker room after the game then there is something wrong with this team.

The Bucs are good, but let's face it - the Saints D let a rookie QB barely old enough to drink and a coach that could pass for his old brother go 98 yards downfield for a touchdown in the SuperDome. The Bucs are not spoilers - the Saints are the spoilers - we had the game in fridge, then left it wide open after the first quarter. Now everything's rotten and we gotta start over.

Also, I'm tired of the injury and fatigue rationale. I just saw Kobe play 97 minutes in 2 days with a broken finger on his shooting hand, when other NBA teams are going through the motions in December. That is how you win and repeat. I know this is not the playoffs yet, still Saints need to man up ASAP.

It is funny to me that I was thinking to myself earlier this year "after 19-0 won't any other season seem meaningless?" Now there is no such worry.

Are you a Vikings or Cowboys fan? Really?

I've never heard such blasphemies from a "Saints fan." I moved to North Carolina in 2006. But do I want Carolina to win next week? **** no!!! and when I graduate and move away, I'll still love the Saints!!!!
