I'm just a novice, so pardon me if I say something wrong here, but WTF? In the 2001 season, the Rams finished 14-2 and and went on to the SuperBowl (which they lost by a field goal) the Saints finished 7-9, but they (Da SAINTS) were the first of only 2 teams to beat the Rams in regular season!! Do you think the Rams fans were all doom and gloom because the Saints ended their undefeated ranking of 6-0? Give me a break. I'll start packing when they cut my oxygen off at the nursing home. |

Tampa Bay in 2002, on the way to their Superbowl victory, lost twice to the Saints.
The Saints finished 9-7 and no playoffs. Tampa lost 4 games that year. |
