Bear's were a 7-9 team and Vikes lost on the road and out scored the Bears 30-14 in second half to go into OT. Whereas the Saints lost to the 3-13 Bucs which beat you at home, and the Bucs out scored the Saints 14-0 in the 4th to tie the game. The Saints choked big time.
I do not believe that who you beat,a nd who we beat matters. I mean that a not so great O in San Fran took you to the last seconds- in your house or that you barely beat a not so great Ravens team at home. Non of that matters today. We are going to get your best, and you will get ours. This game is tough for both teams. I have no illusions- the Vikes are a very good team, and this game could go either way. I like our team though, and if we pressure Favre- he will throw int's!! It is a big if though- like I said you have a great team in Minny, but you all better stop thinking your coming to play some slouch team.

Your team stinks

I don't think you read my first response so I will repost it.

'So let's just say being 2-0 away in a dome vs. the cellar of the NFL doesn't count. That is like saying, "The Saints destroyed the Cards, and they beat up on the Vikes......Saints will win."'

Just in case you still don't get it, I am referring to how STUPID the two arguments are.

Hutch is considered the best OG in the NFL. 7x probowls 6x All pro. Evan's ONE PRO BOWL. So give me a break.

Reggie only mattered on PR's as a RB he only had 2.4yds per carry. I'd be worried about Thomas, but Vikes rush D is #2.

I'll give you the WR, Vikes WR's average around 11yds per catch, and Saints around 15. So advantage Saints.

Sharper knows Favre, Favre knows Sharper... I see no advantage either way, except Sharper will be out their alone as Harper will be in the box trying to stop Peterson.

I apologize for the misread, I've just read the Saints Cards arguement too many times.

As for the 2-0 against horrible teams on artifical turf, the Vikes didn't have any other option. After this game it will have greater weight.

I totally agree, I'm not expecting a blowout unless turnovers get involve, but that advantage goes for the Vikes as the Vikes have turned over the ball 18 times compared to the Saints 28. Saints live by taking the ball away, not by not turning it over themselves. If both teams don't turn the ball over, I think it favors the Vikes.

Should be a great game either way with lots of scoring and lots of x-factors, PR and KR's, sacks, big plays, etc.. It won't be a grind it out game like the Jets-Chargers.

Vike4Life, I find, has been very respectful. You are welcomed here anytime. I won't speak for his other Minny fans, but the dude knows football. It has been fun debating him. Let the games begin.

I am sure you hate it as much as we hate the Cowboys Vike argument. Any given Sunday......HELL YEAH!
