in my face, indeed

Take the high road.. accept you were wrong and move on.

I don't agree with everything Jones says, then again:
1) he's part of the competition committee
2) he deals with TV networks' execs and puts his signature on the deals made between the NFL and the TV networks
3) he's a much more successful man than you and I combined, so we should probably agree with what he says more often.

Jerry Jones is a moron and a douchebag. You sound like you lick him or something.

That is not a typo.

Re: New OT Rule

Isn't it strange how the rule has been in effect for well over 20 years, but only became an issue when the Saints beat the Vikes. Note to Favre: Don't throw an interception with 7 seconds left, and the rule doesn't have to be changed. Sore f'n losers.

You know? Being an internet tough guy and insulting people on a board message doesn't make you right, or smarter, or "manlier"... it only shows either one of the following:
a) an inferiority complex.
b) lack of sufficient intelligence to coherently argue a point.
c) senility
d) all of the above.

Here is the reality of the situation:
I said longer games conflict with TV schedules.

One word. Revenue.
Now, Jerry Jones, you know, the moron and douchebag who owns the most valuable franchise in the NFL, the moron and douchebag who sits on the NFL competition committee, the moron and douchebag who actually is part of the negociation of the TV deal with the networks, said the same thing I said.
And the best you can come up with is this?

There was this old guy who used to post here who had a very good sig line for these types of situations.

'Cause the simple man pays the thrills, the bills and the pills that kill
