Same with Bush, if he were a Falcon we'd be ridiculing them daily. Same with Morstead, if Atlanta burned 2 picks on a punter, we'd be LOMFAO at them! I'm not saying I don't rag on other teams players a bit unfairly at times, its fan nature. And besides, teams like Atlanta deserve it.:p |

I prefer my QB simply shut up and play football. |
Relax people...... Breesus Christ! ... Drew will be a Saint for life after which he will be enshrined.

Not harping, just illustrating the hypocrisy. We tolerate a lot more BS from our own popular players than players of other teams. I think its funny. If Joe Horn spent his career elsewhere 90% of Saints fans would despise him. |
This is just leverage incase an extension isn't reached and he hits the free agent market when his contract is up. He's just leveling the playing field. He's not going anywhere and I don't know what the fuss is all about.

Does Peyton Manning want out of Indy? I am going to answer my own question. NO.
Drew Brees will be in the same position in 2012 as Manning is in now. Manning will sign a large contract with the Colts when the lockout ends (even with his off-season neck surgery). Brees will do the same with the Saints. I really don't see any cause for alarm. |
Its all totally clear now. Payton moves to Dallas, and is seen hanging with Dallas players. Payton and JJ have a handshake deal for Payton to coach the Cowboys next year.....and bring Brees with him. Its a total Willie Beeman Any Given Sunday deal. If Brees gets what he wants he can walk after next season and go with Payton to Dallas. These guys have been planning this all along. You read it here first....

Yall are losing yall's mind if you think any of that has to do with the players wanting out of there current teams.
All that it means is that those players don't want to be stuck playing for the average of the top 5 players at their position for the year. Honestly I don't blame them they are all trying to one up themselves to be the highest paid player in the league. Think about it... That is a year they won't be or delay being the highest paid player in the league. That is all it really means. IF they really want out they can be franchised only so many times then they have to be a FA under the current. I am not losing sleep over that and its so petty it won't become apart of the final deal... I'd put money on it. |
