I believe there's a big misconception in differentiating tough love/constructive criticism to hate towards Reggie. I don't believe any one here "hates" Reggie Bush.

but I'm always going to think of him as an important piece to turning this franchise around. I know in the 06 draft we got players who contributed more on the field and signing Drew a month before was the best move this franchise made. But drafting Reg gave this franchise and fan base a huge morale boost when it needed it the most. Even after signing Brees, tickets sales were still down and talks of relocation were constant. But when Reggie was announced as the second pick; sales went up, the team played well and we've been rolling ever since. When looking back at this wonderful stretch we've had over the last 5 years, it starts with seeing videos on youtube of people celebrating our pick of Reggie. For everyone it's different, but for me I associate the start of all the positivity surrounding this team with the day we drafted Reg so I'm disappointed to see him go and wish him the best.
I agree and pretty much feel the same with the rest of this.
