Ok so I did some research about our DC, the results will shock you! But they really should not.

Titans 97-2000
97 - 12th PTS, 22nd YDS, 9th in Takeaways
98 - 12th PTS, 16th YDS, 15th in Takeaways
99 - 15th PTS, 17th YDS, 2nd in Takeaways
00 - 2nd PTS, 1st YDS, 16th in Takeaways

Redskins 04-07
04 - 5th PTS, 3rd YDS, 20th in Takeaways
05 - 9th PTS, 9th YDS, 14th in Takeaways
06 - 27th PTS, 31 YDS, 23rd in Takeaways
07 - 11th PTS, 8th YDS, 21st in Takeaways

Jaguars 08
08 - 21st PTS, 17th YDS, 25th in Takeaways

Saints 09-10
09 - 20th PTS, 25th YDS, 3rd in Takeaways
10 - 7th PTS, 4th YDS, 23rd in Takeaways

So it seems Greg's defenses do very poorly in the take away area. He has only been in the top 10, 3 times (97,99,09). Between 10-20, Greg has only had it done 3 times. (98,00,2005) So in 12 years as a DC, he has only been in the top twenty's of Takeaways 6 times.

Greg has only been in the top 10 in PTS 4 times (00,04,05,10). Greg has only been in the top 10 in YDS 5 times (00,04,05,07,10).

Greg's AVG in takeaways - 16th

So maybe Greg is the issue with the defense. His teams just cant seem to generate turnovers.
