Re: Atlanta game
being its the falcons, I dont believe in the hype or the fact they are that good especially on offense.
I havent quite figured out if the 1st qtr was a result of the Ravens lack of starters in the game, or perhaps the Ravens dont matchup very well with the Falcons for some reason. Once 2nd string and 3rd string guys got in, they pretty much had their way with the Falcons. |

Re: Atlanta game
I would make sure all the Ravens starters were in, someone said 3-4 of the starters was out, most notable at CB and Safety.

Re: Atlanta game
Too much hooplah about nothing.
I did watch some of the Atl-Bal game as I had the NFLN live look-in on the PiP. Yep, Jones a bunch of yards. The couple of high arches Matt Ryan threw really deep (that's about 30-40 yds at most for him), I kept wondering where's Ed Reed to intercept that crap? Oh, yeah, on the bench. The Falcons also got out firing, throwing the ball, no huddle, the works. Why? Because they had to. The last memory of the Falcons O is, well, an O, as in zero points scored in a playoff game in a 3-and-out fest in NY, and there are plenty of season tickets still not sold. So they have to come out and show something in front of the home crowd, and obviously they have to feature the guy who they spent 2-3 picks for. There is no way they were going to come out and have the starters just run the ball a couple of drives and be contempt with no injuries. The Ravens, on the other hand, started the passing the ball more than running it, which is not characteristic of the Ravens. It is a completely different situation when we looked at the Saints O in the HOF game, when we saw the Saints offense and we recognized an old friend. And it is not like Clowns torched the Ravens every time... yes, that first drive was a TD, then followed by a 3-and-out, then followed by an interception in the Red Zone after a good punt return to Baltimore's 15. |

Re: Atlanta game
Does it bother you that you had coordinators that got the falcons to 13-3 just two years ago and they fired them to hire coordinators that have left teams worse than they came just about every place they've coached in the NFL?
Oh, and Turner's hot garbage and Gonzales is too slow now. (those are your words) |

Ask yourself when was the last time you guys feared Michael Turner? He isnt the same thats why his reps are getting cut and he is one dimensional. TonyG has been slow for the last 2/3 seasons so why is that even a question? I didnt say he sucked |
