Of course, we both know that Payton has absolutely nothing to do with "assembling" the talent on the team -- he just coaches whichever guys Loomis evaluates and signs, whoever runs out the tunnel, that is who Payton is given. He really has done an amazing job considering the criminally shoddy performance Loomis has turned in year after year after year.
