this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I think what he means (hopefully) is that Drew isnt a MOTIVATOR....which i dont really agree with either. I dont think he is an in your face as some QB's but as for saying he isnt a leader, there is ...

I think what he means (hopefully) is that Drew isnt a MOTIVATOR....which i dont really agree with either. I dont think he is an in your face as some QB's but as for saying he isnt a leader, there is no justification behind that. He leads by example. He organized and paid for offseason OTAs during lockout. That is leadership. Just because he doesnt try to fire up the guys a la Ray Lewis, you cant say he "isnt a leader"
