Re: Jabari Greer, Brees and others
I get it that the blame is on them, I'm sure he puts it on himself, just as the others do themselves too. However to say every pick is the qb's fault, is like saying every incomplete pass is. I'm pretty sure I've seen these receivers, backs, and TE's drop balls this season. Sounds funny (tight ends drop balls).

Re: Jabari Greer, Brees and others
That is a bunch of Hogwash^^^^ the curse, seriously. If Drew Brees could toss that B**tch to himself you know he would. He would give himself way more time cause he would keep Aldon Smith and Justin Smith off him at the same time cause he would be blocking for himself. I bet you Gd well he would catch it too, and not fumble. The man can't catch his own passes. The people who are out there not pass catching, not blocking well, and fumbling after catching, or just dropping wide open passes are just as much to blame as Brees. And they are not making the same kinda scratch, but they are making significant scratch. Your paying Pierre a big contract to be in a backup role, Lance Moore the same, Colston is making number one receiver money and can't hold onto the ball in big game situations, Jimmy is about to get broke off any day now...... It's not just brees and his money ( WHICH HE DESERVED FOR CARRYING THIS FRANCHISE OUT OF THE ASHES IT WAS IN)
It only hurts as much as it does because you expect better...... hell so do I... But who set that standard? The hundred million dollar man!!! |

The defense is finally starting to get there act together and the offense is in total shambles. The play calling has been crap all year. There is a reason Vitt has been an asst. coach for 30+ years, he is not head coaching material. Carmichael has shown this year that he really has not been the one calling the plays these last 6 years. Makes you wonder why he is even on staff. The list of problems go on and on. Drew has NO confidence right now and he don't have his mentor to straighten him out, so I don't see him getting out of this funk until the season is over.
As far as Greer is concerned, Ashley NAILED it! I said the exact same thing watching the game. He is looking like Jason David right now. He looks absolutely lost. He made a joke after that ATL game we won, that he would have been on the waiver wire had he not swatted that pass in the endzone away. I can't help but think he should be on the waiver wire right now. Teams are constantly going after him. He bites like a fat kid going for a twinkie on fake outs, he runs as fast as he can to get to the top of his zone but the receiver is 10-15 yards in front of him to make easy catch's all day. He is definitely not fitting Spags system. |

Re: Jabari Greer, Brees and others
Well, to be completely honest about it, Brees has been under throwing those long balls for a couple of seasons now, so for those who say his arm strength is as good as it has been - you must be watching another game than I.
But, I'd just want to see Graham catch some balls thrown at him, like he did last season, and really fight for some yardage after the catch instead of just immediately going to the ground or the sideline after the initial contact. |

Re: Jabari Greer, Brees and others
The first int was tipped off of GRAHAMS hands and the second one Jimmy couldve made a better effort to catch that one
