nope, its because of instances like Bottle gate and the one years ago in Minnesota where a ref was hit by a bottle, that was back in the 70s.

Are you referring to our fans or the Browns fans?

Anyone know how I can send Kevin Gilbride a pack of Alaskan Amber?

Great timing!

Against 49ers, refs made 2 PI calls in a row and everyone on seattle sideline went crazy. This will never happen again.

We just have to play physical football. Dominate the line of scrimmage and run the football.

Gilbride is all sour grapes. The Hawks picked off Eli 5 times a month ago. In fact, if you look at this NFL network recap, you will see one of the best, if not the best, interception in covering VCruz on a crossing route. Those routes are extremely difficult to avoid a flag thrown because typically the DB drapes his outside hand arm around the receiver or gets contact too early.

Look at 1:45 and Byron Maxwell makes a PERFECT play to pick off the Eli pass.

On all 5 interceptions there are NO HOLDINGS, NO INTERFERENCE.

The biggest culprit was Brandon Browner and he's not even playing and won't play for the Hawks again. Don't buy into all of the hyperbole garbage. Hawks aren't innocent but you do something a few times and suddenly it's every play.

Take a few minutes, if you'd like, and educate yourself on the LOB. Don't settle for media,, sour grapes or story writing propaganda.

If it were just Kevin Gilbride then I'd be right there with you on the "sour grapes" thing, but it's not just Gilbride.

Several ESPN analysts just did a story about it too. They say they've been studying the tape. And why do you think Mike Pereira would lend his name to the story, unless he thinks there's something to it as well? Does he have a grudge against the Seahawks too? His reputation as being fair, is what his current career as an officiating expert is based on.

The one adjective that doesn't describe me is a "homer". I was honest about our O to Oak.

Do you remember many blatant holding or interference plays against your squad back in December?

The 5 interceptions against the Giants were all clean.

Who are the culprits? The biggest was Browner and he's not playing. Sherman has his guilty moments, no doubt. Maxwell? WT3?

It's overblown. I read Dilfer's words but do any of these analysts actually corroborate their hyperbole journalism with videos? Pick a game and show all of the pass plays with documentation.

When I evaluate college talent for the Hawks, I don't rely on highlights, but every play of the game that they're involved in. JPasq has excellent vids that show plays with a box around the player and for each snap whether they're O or D.

Let's see game tape. While I showed highlights of the Hawks' 5 picks, you'd think there'd be some type of infraction on at least one of the picks, right? Right.

Was there? A resounding NO....

It's overblown.

Just curious...
Why do you think so many people are risking their reputations as impartial by talking about it.
