PFF graded Finnegan as the second worst CB in the league last season. 198th out of 199 graded.
Receivers had a 76% catch percentage against him and QBs had a 105 passer rating throwing into his coverage.

True. But he's had a steady career until last year; thought it would be worth a look...

Good point. But typically the rumors are all over the place by now. With a very strong draft class FA may be less than active.
