One of the teams I listed, the Seahawks, have a second year QB who may or may not become elite. I suspect that they would trade for him, too, if they weren't coming off a Super Bowl win. So, yes, I think he deserves to be ranked higher. Also, I think the Broncos, led by Manning, should come under the same scrutiny that Brees has come under; Peyton has post season issues and is still considered elite while Brees has "a bad" 2012 season and the writer considers him unworthy of being elite. Remember, one of the Super Bowls Manning lost was to the Saints and in the one he won, I believe he threw for 239 yards; easily just a first half for Brees. Just saying, apply the same leeway to all of the guys discussed and Brees is elite, too.
