I think the Saints are started to have an edge with those guys since so many of them go to the Saints and are successful. It would be a dream come true to get Verrett or Gilbert (or even Batiste) early and then snag Colvin as a free agent.

I don’t think the Saints have to go after top names likeBrent Grimes, Aqib Talib or Alterraun Verner. But maybe someone with starting experience in the second or third tier – maybe trying to steal Captain Munnerlyn away from rival Carolina, for example. This has to stop. |
