Thank you John Kasay!
"He also knew that another of Reale’s clients — kicker John Kasay, who like Bailey went to the University of Georgia — was in New Orleans for the final season of his 20-year NFL career in 2011, the last time the Saints won the NFC South. Reached by phone, Kasay on Friday said he was effusive to Reale about how rewarding it was to close his career with the Saints. “It was a very good situation,” Kasay said. “I couldn’t have gone to a better place. ... They could not have treated me better.” Reale passed on Kasay’s recommendation to Bailey, and that was “a big factor,” the agent said. |

Re: Saints sign Champ Bailey
Man, I really hope I am wrong about this signing.
Seems like a lot of money tied up in a maybe, but I guess the medical staff, SP and Loomis are sold Going go need some restructuring if we are going to get Graham anything close to what he wants |

Re: Saints sign Champ Bailey
I agree
If we get the Bailey of two years ago its a great deal. With the Broncos issues with Von Miller suspension and loosing Dummerville added to Bailey carrying a injury id put my money on Bailey being closer to the player he was in 2012 than 2013. |

Re: Saints sign Champ Bailey
I'm excited to see what effect Champ and Lewis have on White and Robinson. White and Robinson in their 2nd year under Ryan should improve both, combined with the veteran savvy of Champ and Keenan.
Both have flashed some great play along with a few WTF moments. Hopefully they play a bit smarter and more consistent. |
