Right now, it's obvious we need more balance, and when Payton occasionally has taken his head out of his butt and tried to run it, that's when we've been at our best THIS YEAR. Every year is a little different, but right now we have to run it more than we have. If Payton can't do that because of an ego then he can find the door and get out. Let's hope it doesn't have to come to that.
