SAINTS BLOWN OUT AT HOME BY CAROLINA 41-10
The Saints have again pulled in one of the worst performances in the Sean Payton era, after a big win the previous week, by losing 41-10 to the Carolina panthers. The Saints looked lethargic, inconsistent, and played it's most uninspired home game since 2003 when the Saints lost to Payton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts at home in a 55-21 blowout.

The Saints have lost their share of games this season but rarely have they been embarrassed. Considering the stakes and the opponent, it was the worst performance of the Sean Payton-Drew Brees era. The Saints talk about team wins a lot. This was a team loss, a complete collapse in all phases: offense, defense and coaching.
