Just think; if we get two pro-bowl players in the first! Or even 2 first year starters

From reading their posts, the 12's don't seem too pumped about getting Jimmy.

Yeah, was just reading some myself and it seems the majority are not happy about giving up Unger and this years 1st.

They manned him up in Seattle, delayed his release and took him out of the game.
They are expecting the same from others, they pulled the covers off of JG.

In Jimmy's defense there are only a few teams capable of doing that. Seattle was one of the very few.

Re: Saints Trade Graham to the Seahawks

I know some (not just this site)find it hard to accept this trade, but I think it was a very team first move. I'm gonna miss Graham, but I would rather give up 1 superstar to gain 2-4 good players that can contribute and keep us in the playoffs consistently than keep that one superstar who's basically declining in production because of injuries and his QB can't stay upright. Look around the league...alot of teams are releasing and trading top players. This happens every offseason, this off season seems to be more extreme than others. Doing this keeps teams competitive. It's gonna be nice next offseason to have that extra cushion with the cap,and just that alone makes the trade easier to swallow.

Go away dude... Nothing you say ever makes sense and it's getting old.

Chris, wishing this isn't going to make it so. It's challenging to be quiet when one thinks that the sky is falling.

So it's best to either let it go, or simply respond with facts. For example...

Yes, let's talk about the three and outs where Brees attempted a home run throw to Graham in double coverage.

What about the int's drew had?
Again often trying to fit the ball into double coverage, and again often to Graham.
What about the no pass protection or no run blocking we had?
So I guess that no run blocking resulted in Ingram finishing with nearly 1000 yards on 225 or so carries with a 4.3 YPC average. I wonder what could happen if the O-Line actually blocked.

The one area of agreement was pass blocking. Way too much pressure up the middle. Way too many breakdowns when Harris was playing. So don't you think getting a former All-Pro center will help that line to some degree?
Hey I can go and on. Last year defense sucked but offensively we didn't have it going on either. Imjs
Sorry. Have to disagree here. Tally up the games where the offense delivered a lead in the last 5 minutes or less of the game, only to have the defense give it away? Atlanta, Cleveland, San Francisco? admittedly the offense gave away the Lions game.

Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good.

Max Unger Flying Under Radar as Real Star of Blockbuster Trade | Bleacher Report

His impact in Seattle became obvious last season when he missed 10 games. As noted by Brian Nemhauser of Hawk Blogger, the Seahawks averaged 28.0 points in games with Unger on the field and just 21.7 without him. Seattle converted less in the red zone, averaged fewer yards per game and per play, and saw a significant dip in rushing outputs without its starting center.
