Haslett faces tough off-season

see QBs calling out their teammates all the time. I see runningbacks calling out their offensive lines. I see receivers calling out their QB all the time.

I see players calling out their coaches all the time.

I see players blaming the media all the time.

I see coaches calling out their players all the time.

And you do to. You just don\'t bring it up because its not Aaron Brooks
does that make it right?

common man-we learned to counteract that in kindergarten..plus those teams don\'t win..it\'s the teams that play as a team that win..look at the two teams in the superbowl-the most CONSISTENT and they play as a team.

WhoDat--

Ahhhhhhh.... a worthy opponent. Well, almost..

It\'s statements like this from WhoDat that skew things:

Joe Horn has PRODUCED top 5 results at his position for 5 straight years. Go look it up. We have a first round draft pick playing across from him.
So what if Donte is a 1st round pick. What difference does that make. The Chargers had the #1 pick in the draft with Ryan Leaf. Lot of good that did.

Not to say Donte is a bust like Leaf, but why not talk about Donte\'s performace rather than his draft status. Makes ABSOULUTELY no sense to me.

And then there\'s this statement, WhoDat:

Our TEs, as disappointing as they may be, are top 10 also. If you disagree, name 10 other teams with TWO TEs better than ours.
You say our TE are very disappointing but we have a pair of top 10 TEs. I\'ll tell ya what.. I\'ll trade ALL of our TE for ONE above average one.

But it you want to play that \"game\", WhoDat. List 10 teams who have 2 worse tightends than us?

I stand by my evaluation of the offense. Loads of potential that hasn\'t done a whole lot.

10 Teams with tight ends worse than ours:

Washington
Detroit
Carolina
Tampa Bay
Chicago
Cincinatti
Cleveland (and DO NOT use Kellen Winslow as an argument....he didn\'t play all year)
Jacksonville
Tennesee
St. Louis

Use any stats you want, but there are 10 teams right now that I\'d take our two TE\'s over any day.
