Muscle strength is one of the last things to go as long as your working out, even later in life, the loss is marginal if one remains active. I suspected that injury was worse than we knew about but it's just easier to say arm strength than understand the mechanics of it. When QB's get older I don't think I have ever seen one just lose the ability to throw with the same power relating to strength. It's the injuries, hits that usually send them into the sunset.

When you see the way Brees works aswell, he looks after himself well and keeps looking for ways to make himself better, even in his 16th year.
