this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; The problem is that CJ was a role player that we have always had if it wasn't Bush, it was Sproles... Cutting CJ we have no one that fits that role of a 3rd down back out of the backfield. ...

The problem is that CJ was a role player that we have always had if it wasn't Bush, it was Sproles... Cutting CJ we have no one that fits that role of a 3rd down back out of the backfield.
On the other hand we don't have a history letting players take up a roster spot if they are injured all the time. I don't know if they do that as a favor to the player because if you are injured all the time maybe the game is not for you or the game has past you... |
